Who created the program?

The program was created by Dr. Amy J.L. Baker, Paul R. Fine, and Alianna LaCheen-Baker.

What is the purpose of the program?

The purpose of Restoring Family Connections is to help targeted parents and their adult alienated children repair the breach in their relationship caused by parental alienation.

Who can purchase the manual?

Anyone can purchase the manual once it is in print by Rowman and Littlefield.

Who can implement the program?

Any licensed mental health professional.

Is the manual copyrighted?

Yes. Duplication is not allowed without written permission of the publishers, Rowman and Littlefield.

Who can participate in the program?

Any targeted parent and his/her adult alienated child who are open to repairing their relationship and who do not suffer from any mental health conditions that would interfere in participation. Ideally, the adult child will be open to the idea that outside forces unduly and negatively influenced the relationship.

Is anything else required other than the manual?

​

No, but training is available from Dr. Baker and will result in the mental health professional being listed by Dr. Baker as a provider.
